All KOTI Sports equipment is shipped from our warehouse in Longueuil, Quebec, Canada. They will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the day we receive your order or the day we receive the inventory at our warehouse (if the items are in pre-order). Simply select the Free Shipping option during checkout.

Every day, we try to be as proactive as possible to inform you of potential production or delivery delays. It is very important for us to remain transparent with our customers.
