All KOTI equipment is shipped from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada. If the item(s) are not in stock, they will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days from the day we receive the inventory.
We also offer the option to pick up your order free of charge from our warehouse in Montreal.
You can pick-up your order free of charge at our warehouse at 405 Dickson, door 207, Montreal, Quebec, H1N2H6
You will receive an email as soon as your order is processed, according to the estimated timeframe on the product page.
Our pick-up days are on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm and on Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm.
At KOTI your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% satisfied, please contact us to submit a return request within 30 days of your order being delivered.
Returning your product may also incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, misassembly, or accidents. If your product has shipped, even if you have not received your machine, the return shipping and restocking fees above will apply.
For returns to be accepted, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be provided.
Once your return request has been approved, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Please note that all refunds are less shipping and handling.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We dot not accept return for equipment that’s been damaged due to mishandling. We will evaluate if your item is covered by the warranty on a case by case basis.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If the item is sold out, we will order the item and it could take up to 3 months.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Disclosure: If you finance your purchase with Paybright Inc., and one or more items in your order has an extended ship date, your loan payment(s), including interest, may be due before you receive your purchase.
